Welcome! I’m Katie, the founder of Kreate Photography.
After 15 years in the wedding industry, I’ve developed a diverse and talented team. We’re a boutique wedding + lifestyle photography company dedicated to authenticity + excellence (serving all of the Bay Area + based in Sonoma County).
I am looking to add 1-2 photographers to our team that are aligned both personally and professionally, and am accepting applications (intake form below).

After launching my associate team in 2015, I have loved every moment of the journey and not only cherish serving more couples, I love lifting other photographers up in their careers, mentoring in places that feel appropriate, and helping photographers evolve and reach their goals in this ever-changing industry.
I’ve spent years building this business and brand.
The foundation of my business is client relationships. My process and workflows are dialed and streamlined. I believe that each and every person or couple we work with should not only receive incredible images but impeccable customer service and communication throughout the process.

2) You are looking to learn, grow, improve, and tap into the luxury market in the SF Bay Area, and Wine Country
3) You are tired of the business side of things and want a few high-end gigs a year where you can just show up and do what you love (shoot) once and a while
4) You love the idea of growing your personal portfolio without having more clients to manage and more editing to be responsible for.
5) You love stellar communication and flexibility ;)
I know and respect that you have your own business, so I want you to know that I only offer associate weddings that feel 100% aligned with your goals as a photographer and your energy as a person. The goal is to empower and help photographers grow while creating community and momentum.
Once an associate photographer is booked, I take care of all of the logistics and communication so that when you’re looped in, there is a perfectly dialed timeline, vendor communication, a must-have list for portraits, and anything else you need to slay the day (all inside your photographer portal for ease; I hate searching in email for things!).
I ONLY offer associate photographers to couples or shoots that are 100% in alignment with your goals and style (more on that later!). I tailor my work with other creatives to their bigger goals (personally + professionally), location, and workload desires. If we work together, it will be an empowering, symbiotic relationship.
